Do I need an account to order?
Yes, registration is required. Actions such as checking order status, modifying addresses, requesting refunds, or handling after-sales issues must be processed using your registered email address.
Why does an item show as "Sold Out"?
If an item appears as "Sold out," please first check the top right corner of the page and make sure you have selected the correct country/region for shipping.
If the item still shows as sold out after selecting the correct country/region, it most likely means that we are currently unable to ship to your country/region at this time. Please feel free to contact us at nebelland.contact@yahoo.com, and we’ll be happy to see if there’s anything we can do to help.
What does Pre-order, Pre-order Ended, In-stock, and Restocking mean?
Pre-order: This item is currently in its pre-order period. Orders placed during this time will include sprayed edges and all freebies.
Pre-order Ended: The pre-order period has ended. This version no longer includes sprayed edges or freebies.
In-stock: This item is currently in stock and will usually ship within one week.
Restocking: This version does not include sprayed edges or freebies. It is not currently ready to ship, and fulfillment will take approximately 3 months.

Are the prices all-inclusive?
Prices are all-inclusive for orders that include Hai Tang Books only.
For TW Books, shipping fees will be charged separately via invoice. Please check your email for details and ensure you pay any additional shipping fees before shipment.
Can orders be combined?
Orders can only be combined if they contain only in-stock items stored in the same warehouse.
Pre-orders cannot be combined.
Can I change my shipping address?
Yes, you may change your shipping address once if your order has not yet shipped from our warehouse. Please note additional fees may apply for address changes.
Address changes are not possible once your order has been shipped from our warehouse.

Can I request to cancel my order?
You may cancel your order during the pre-order period, but refunds will be issued minus a 10% fee for transaction and processing costs.
Orders CANNOT be canceled once the pre-order period has ended.
Orders for pre-order ended, in-stock, and restocking items CANNOT be canceled.
Refunds are available for full orders only; partial refunds are not accepted.
Important: We reserve the right to limit or deny service to customers who cancel orders more than three times or initiate chargebacks.

How long does it take before I receive my order?
You'll receive an email once production is finished and international shipping begins. Delivery times vary based on location and shipping method. Estimated international shipping times are listed below:

Once you receive your tracking number, please check your shipment status through the carrier’s tracking system. If your order does not arrive on time after receiving the tracking information, please contact your domestic post office or mail carrier for further assistance.
What about unreadable books? Do you offer replacements?
Yes, we offer full refunds for books that have missing pages, misprint, binding errors, and other major print errors.
